Eva Yearsley has 20 years progressive business experience in Hospitality
Management. Prior to consulting, she specialized in Training and
Development. Her background includes eight years employment with
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Human Resources, Training
and Development. After establishing her consulting company, Four Seasons retained her services for an additional
eight years to assist with the training and development of their
managerial and staff courses.
Her hotel client list also includes world renown hotels such as: the Hotel Bel-Air, W Hotel, Shutters at the Beach, The Lodge at Koele, and the Manele Bay Hotel.
Outside the hotel industry, she has worked with an ophthalmology
group, an advertising agency and law and telecommunication firms in creating
service driven cultures.
During the past two years, she has focused on assisting organizations
through the development of a unified strategy to improve customer
service. She has designed a variety of corporate training programs,
facilitated numerous focus groups and supported her clients in achieving
quality and service excellence. She has a history of successful Human Resources and Training accomplishments in Canada, the United States and Britain.
