Avoiding Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment continues to occur in today's workplace. The majority of problems happen because of lack of understanding rather than intent. These two workshops are based around the most recent Supreme Court rulings and legal issues and are provided to raise awareness of managers and employees alike.

Course Objectives:
  • Promote a business environment of mutual respect, and prevent discrimination and sexual harassment.
  • Limit the company's liability by educating your employees.
  • Teach your managers to effectively handle a harassment complaint.
  • Heighten awareness of the issues of sexual harassment in the workplace.
  • Develop and implement a strongly articulated and effectively enforced sexual harassment policy which is reviewed with all current and future employees.
