Interviewing Skills

This workshop gives interviewers the necessary skills needed to identify talent with the essential skills and values that match the organizational culture. It provides a review of the pre-employment and hiring discrimination laws and focuses on using behavioral and fact-finding questions to determine necessary abilities and work styles of candidates.

In this highly interactive workshop participants will:
