Train the Trainer

This workshop is for managers who are responsible for training new and existing employees, influencing their behavior and performance to meet the organization’s standards.
 
Key topics: characteristics of effective training, adult learning theory, planning, conducting skills and knowledge training, testing, evaluation and assessment. During the workshop, each participant is given three opportunities to practice training and get valuable feedback from the facilitator and their associates.
